Intervention Interview

What is the Intervention Interview?

The Intervention Interview is a requirement of the Virginia DMV after an individual has been convicted of two or more driving offenses, such as driving on a suspended license.

If your DMV Compliance Summary indicates that you are required to complete an Intervention Interview with your local ASAP office, you will need to provide:

• A current DMV Compliance Summary dated within the past 30 days
• A current DMV transcript dated within the past 30 days

You may email, fax, or bring these documents to our office so that we can schedule you for the next available Intervention Interview.

You must also be prepared to pay the $30.00 fee at the time of enrollment or on the day of your Intervention Interview.
