DUI/DUID/RECKLESS DRIVING

ASAP is mandatory for all DUI offenses under Virginia Code § 18.2-271.1. Referral for entry into ASAP is court-ordered after an individual has been convicted of a DUI. The program must be completed before you are eligible to obtain a driver’s license.

COURT ORDERED: If a client is court-ordered to complete ASAP, they must enroll within fifteen (15) days of their conviction date. Clients should receive an ASAP enrollment packet at their court date. The completed packet must be returned to the ASAP office.

DMV/ VOLUNTEER REFERRAL: If a client has completed their suspension period and is required by the DMV to complete ASAP, they must provide the ASAP office with a copy of their DMV Compliance Summary to begin the enrollment process.

*PAYMENT IS DUE AT TIME OF ENROLLEMENT
